Do ever wish you could have a polite way to send an invitation without mailing it. Well, I have a really Hany website below that I have found to be very useful! I am involved with a home school group and church. They have had some recent events and have used a website called, Evite. I actually just used it myself. So, I thought I would share about this website, so that in the future, you might be able to use this handy tool as well.
Evite is a way to send an invitation. They have all sorts of different invitations all ready for you from which to pick. Then, they also have a space where you can write a message for the host, telling what your event is all about, things to bring, and whatnot. Next, you will list all the emails that belong to the people to which you’re sending the invitation.
I like Evite because it sends the invitation a couple of times in case somebody misses it. You can see if someone has viewed the invitation and how long ago, and it emails you whenever someone has replied as well.
