Blog Planning Tool

Blog Planning Tool Formatting:

  • The Blog Planning Tool allows use at any point in time. You can record which month and year it is in the pace provided as shown below.
  • It also contains space to get all your posting ideas on paper in a Post Ideas section.
  • After you have your post ideas written, you can transfer them into a Posting Plan section for that month. In the Posting Plan section, insert the correct dates in the boxes for that month. You can then write which blog posts you would like to post on which days. You can also write down notes or reminders for anything else that needs to be done on your blog.
  • Last of all, the Published Posts section allows you to track the posts that you actually publish and on which day you post them. Make sure to insert dates as you previously did in the Posting Plan section for easy tracking which will effect your planning for the next month.

Notes:

I found an article that has recently changed my critical thinking when it comes to planning what times and which days I should be posting. These were my initial questions. Although dates and timing seem crucial to shaving successful posts, this clarifying article persuaded me to focus on consistency and quality instead.
